The 8-Week Progressive Curriculum: (All Online via Zoom)

Weeks 1-2: Foundation & Clarity

Module 1: Ideation to Validation: Hone your idea, identify your unique value proposition, and confirm market need through simple, effective research.

Module 2: The Foundation Mindset: Cultivate the resilience, ownership mentality, and strategic courage required for the entrepreneurial journey.

Weeks 3-4: Structure & Strategy

Module 3: The Business Plan Blueprint: Draft the core components of your plan: executive summary, market analysis, operational structure, and financial projections.

Module 4: Legal Armor (LLC/Formation): Demystify business structures. We'll guide you step-by-step through selecting and formally registering your legal entity.

Weeks 5-6: Fuel & Systems

Module 5: Funding Your Vision: Navigate the funding landscape. Explore bootstrapping, FBA-focused grants, pitch preparation, and community-supported capital.

Module 6: Building to Sustain: Implement key initial systems for bookkeeping, customer management, and operational workflows before launch.

Weeks 7-8: Launch & Courage

Module 7: Pre-Launch Marketing Engine: Develop your brand message, launch timeline, and low-cost, high-impact strategies to acquire your first customers.

Module 8: The Courage to Launch & Community Liftoff: Finalize your roadmap, overcome the final mental barriers, and execute your public launch within our supportive community cohort.

The program was designed for Foundational Black Americans to assist in addressing the lasting remnants of economic deprivation and slavery, but open to all.
